If you are having problems, it may be due to a bug related to the particular flash version and  browser version you are using. We apologize for the inconvenience. SYMPTOMS: If you see nothing on this screen - i.e. no flash application, or you see an Adobe logo, or you see a 'loading...' box that gets stuck. You may be experiencing this bug. OR, to check another symptom of this bug: Do not log in, instead press 'Search' and search for VIN # 12345678901234567. If the search gets stuck 'Retrieving records...' or no records show, you may be experiencing this bug. RESOLUTION: First, determine the version of flash you are using by going to Adobe  and write down that number. If it is not the latest version, then upgrade your flash by following the instructions on that page. After upgrading, return to this page and reload it. If the problem is not resolved, determine the browser version you have (Help, About...) and write down that number. Then consider upgrading your browser if it is not the latest version.
